If your brain is simply trying to protect you and keep you safe, why would you want to go against that? Well, because we live in a very different world to the one when this part of our brain was developed. That means it can overreact and hold our progress back. Have you ever wanted to be bolder? Have you found yourself admiring others who seem to really go after what they want or who don’t have any trouble speaking their mind and wished you had their guts? Well, that’s exactly what this blog post is going to help you with today. Earlier this month we explored the things that can leave us feeling less courageous and why being bolder can be important. Now, it’s time to reveal how you can push through the fear and have more courage.

Improve your self-worth, and you will improve your life. However much we think these are two entirely separate things, they are intimately entwined. In our last blog post, we looked at how your past might be lowering your self-value and what you could do about it. In this blog post, we’re sharing 5 things that you can start doing now that will build that self-worth so you can have the life that you desire.

1. Get Clear On Your Values

I've spoken to many mums and mumpreneurs over the years, who've placed their value within outside factors. For example, how pleased their boss was with the wo...

What’s holding you back from having more self-value? In this month's newsletter, we discussed the importance that self-value plays in being able to create the life you want. But to be able to build more of it and move forward, we need to identify what’s stopping us. Quite often, it can come down to things that have happened in the past and in this blog post, we’re exploring what you can do to leave that behind you so that you can feel more worthy.

Our Experiences Of Others

Probably the most significant impact from our past is our experiences of others. It might be that someone treated you ...

In this blog post, we’re going to explore the impact it might be having now, and what could happen if you put more boundaries in place and a stop to some of the things you’re permitting.

Is your family really benefiting?

We often think that by putting up with stuff and making everyone else a priority, we’re doing our friends and family a favour. However, that’s...

If you read our newsletter at the beginning of this month, you will know that in order to develop your self-esteem and self-assurance, you need to break free from the opinions and expectations of others and instead live in a way that is authentic to you. Knowing what is and isn’t right for you and your family, however, is not always easy to determine. This blog post will help you to start that journey with five easy steps.
